1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SosmedBoost.id website and services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use our Service. This agreement applies to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.

2. Description of Services

SosmedBoost.id provides an online platform to purchase social media engagement services, such as followers, likes, and views ("Social Media Services"). We also offer AI-powered tools, like a caption generator ("AI Tools"). All services are provided through a balance-based system, which users can fund via our designated payment gateway.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

• Account Creation: You must create an account to access most features of our Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. We encourage you to use a strong password (a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols).
• Account Activity: You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Orders, Payments, and Refunds

• Balance System: All services are purchased using the balance in your SosmedBoost.id account. You can add funds to your balance through our third-party payment provider, Midtrans.
• Placing Orders: By placing an order, you authorize us to debit the corresponding cost from your account balance. You must ensure that the target link/username and quantity are correct before confirming an order. We are not responsible for orders placed on incorrect links.
• Service Delivery: We strive to deliver services as described. However, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Service interruptions or delivery issues from our third-party provider may occur.
• Refund Policy: All payments and top-ups are final. We do not offer refunds for funds added to your account balance. Once an order is placed and the balance is deducted, it is non-refundable unless the order is explicitly marked as "Canceled" or "Refunded" by our system. Orders with a "Partial" status will have the cost of the undelivered portion automatically refunded to your balance.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Service to promote illegal content, hate speech, harassment, or any material that violates the terms of service of the respective social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service.
• Using automated systems, including "bots," "spiders," or "offline readers," to access the Service in a manner that sends more request messages to our servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period.
• Reselling our services without explicit written permission.

6. AI Tools Usage

Our AI Tools are provided for your convenience. You are solely responsible for the content you generate using these tools. You agree not to generate content that is defamatory, obscene, illegal, or infringes on any third-party rights. We do not claim ownership of the content generated but reserve the right to monitor usage for abuse.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. We and our suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event will SosmedBoost.id, or its suppliers or licensors, be liable with respect to any subject matter of this agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for: (i) any special, incidental or consequential damages; (ii) the cost of procurement for substitute products or services; (iii) for interruption of use or loss or corruption of data; or (iv) for any amounts that exceed the fees paid by you to SosmedBoost.id under this agreement during the twelve (12) month period prior to the cause of action. We shall have no liability for any failure or delay due to matters beyond our reasonable control.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
